Sibirlite® from Yakutia (Republic Sakha)
In
contrast to miners in Africa or South America, we mine
gemstones under much tougher condition: in winter the temperature
sometimes falls below 40oC, the summer is short, the deposit
itself is distanced from transport lanes,
(all these factors contribute to high costs in mining). We mine
Sibirlite (chrome diopside), a gemstone of magnificent saturated color,
a rival to costly tsavorite and emerald in its beauty. Over
the past 10 years, the private company «Inagli» (Aldan, Republic Sakha,
Russia, with V.V.Khodjer as Director General, right picture ) has been
engaged in mining of precious metals (gold, platinum and silver) from
gravel deposits. Licensed to mine ore deposits of gold both in the Sakha
Republic(Yakutia) and the Amur region, our company carries out
geological explorations in these regions. Another
important trend in our business is timber cutting. Nowadays we cut 35ooo
- 50 ooo cubic m of softwood per month (70% of which is larch); to date
our woodcutting reserves comprise about 900 000 cubic m. Much
attention is paid to promotion of the brand “Sibirlite (tm)"
registered for a dazzling green gemstone from the Inagli deposit, the
stone that is mined and cut by our company.
Recently, a subsidiary, "Sibirlite Ltd.", was founded to better manage promotion and sales of this gemstone. Now we fulfill faceting orders for 10 000 -15 000 cts within 60-75 days, with the cutting being made to meet any shapes and sizes ( sizes range from 0.07 cts to 3.0 cts). All interested parties from jewelry industry are invited to cooperate, and presently we accept orders for delivery of calibrated cut stones. We invite you to visit our stall at the Jewelry Show "Yuvelir 2004" in Moscow (September 2004), and our booth # 1027 at Gem and Jewelry Exchange Show (GJX-2005) held in Tucson, AZ, USA February 2005. We will display rough of various grades, chips and calibrated stones. You are welcome at our booths to examine the samples and discuss mutually profitable business.
